Potassium Metal

Potassium metal is a special metal that always available on the earth. Potassium is very reactive metal if on alone state. As a very reactive substance, it is almost impossible to get potassium as a single chemicals. The symbol of potassium is K as stand for Kalium. Potassium have atomic number 19, and have atomic weight 39.098.

The huge quantity of potassium in the nature as a substance potassium carbonate (K2CO3) well known and had important industrial uses in glass manufacture well before 1700. Other substance that contain of huge potassium is sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), this chemicals is most often found as a mineral, potash was originally derived from the ashes of vegetables materials.
